    • PersonaSwap reserves the right to delete user content that violates laws or regulations or the terms of service, and reserves the right to pursue legal action against violators.

    • PersonaSwap will strictly protect your personal information and process it in accordance with our privacy policy.
    • PersonaSwap will not save any photos you upload, and will only temporarily store the final result image in Cloudflare for you to download.
    • You agree that PersonaSwap may collect, use, and store your personal information to provide services and improve user experience.

Service Changes and Termination

    • PersonaSwap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. In the event of changes or termination of services, we will endeavor to notify users in advance and protect user interests.

Disclaimer

    • PersonaSwap is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, or other non-human factors.
